Slopes & access
Steep banks, narrow side yards and multiple gates add time. Flat, open lots cost less.
Frequency
Weekly visits cost less per visit than every other week because the grass is easier to keep in check.
Green waste
Clippings are mulched back in by default. Bagging and haul-away of heavy debris is quoted separately.

Pricing questions
Are these prices final?
They are honest starting points for typical Santa Clarita Valley homes. Your quote is a flat price for your specific yard based on turf area, slopes, access and how often you want service. Once you accept it, that is what you pay, with no fuel surcharges or surprise add-ons.
Is weekly or bi-weekly mowing better value?
From spring through fall, weekly mowing usually gives the best result per dollar. Grass that is cut every week never gets overgrown, so each visit is faster and the lawn stays thicker. Bi-weekly can work well in the cooler, slower months. We can switch you seasonally.
Do you charge for quotes or walk-throughs?
No. Quotes are always free, whether from photos, satellite imagery or an on-site walk-through. The only visit with a fee is a sprinkler diagnostic, and that fee is credited toward any repair we complete the same day.
Do you offer discounts for bundling services?
Yes. Customers on recurring mowing get preferred pricing on aeration, overseeding, fertilization and cleanups, and we schedule the add-ons on your regular visit day when possible so there is no extra trip charge.
