Fill out the quote form, call, or text us a couple of photos of your yard. For most standard lots we can give you a flat price from photos and satellite imagery within one business day. Larger or sloped properties may get a quick walk-through first. Quotes are always free and never obligate you to anything.

No. Our recurring services run month to month. We would rather keep you because the lawn looks great than because a contract says so. If you need to pause for a trip or skip a week during a cool, slow-growth stretch, just let us know.

No. Most customers are at work when we visit. We just need access to the yard: an unlocked side gate, a gate code, or a lockbox. Dogs need to be inside. After each visit we send a quick text update so you know the work is done.

Weekly mowing, edging and blow-off starts at $45 per visit for a standard lot with up to about 5,000 square feet of turf. Every-other-week service starts at $55 per visit. Slopes, very large lots and extra green waste change the price, which is why we give each yard its own flat-rate quote.

Light rain does not stop us, but we skip mowing a soaked lawn because it tears the grass and ruts the soil. In that case we shift your visit by a day or two and text you the new date. Holiday weeks work the same way: your visit moves, it is not dropped.

That is what our 48-hour make-it-right promise is for. If a strip of lawn, a bed or an edge got missed, text us a photo within 48 hours of the visit and we will come back and fix it at no charge.

We bill monthly for recurring service and after completion for one-time projects. We accept credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfer, Zelle and checks. You get an itemized invoice by email or text, so there are no surprises.

Most Santa Clarita lawns are tall fescue, a cool-season grass that slows down and stresses when afternoons pass 95°F. Heat, low humidity, compacted clay and uneven sprinkler coverage add up to brown patches by late summer. Mowing higher, watering deeply in the early morning and fixing coverage gaps keeps most fescue green until fall.

For tall fescue, the best window is fall, roughly mid-September through October, once daytime highs ease and soil is still warm enough for fast germination. Warm-season lawns like Bermuda or St. Augustine are best aerated in late spring or early summer while they are actively growing.

Yes. We do smart-controller upgrades, high-efficiency rotator nozzle retrofits, drip conversions and full turf-to-garden conversions using California natives and other low-water plants. If you are considering replacing turf, check SCV Water for current conservation programs before you start. Some programs require approval before any turf is removed.
